The greatest desire of my heart is to be a person of prayer. A man of prayer that knows God deeply, and spends valuable time with him in the secret place.
I want the fire of God to consume my life until nothing is left of me, and only Jesus remains.
Do I have a long way to go? Yes, absolutely! But let it be known that I will strive with all of my heart, soul, mind, and strength to become the man of prayer that God truly wants me to be and he’s called me to be!
The simple key to prayer is just praying…
Pray when you feel it.
Pray when you don’t.
Pray when it is easy.
Pray when it is hard.
If I ever become half the leader the Lord wants me to be, I will be satisfied with my efforts if I lead people to know Jesus deeper, through prayer.
